Jika ada pengguna menghadapi masalah teknikal semasa mengakses portal Perpustakaan, pihak Perpustakaan mencadangkan tuan/puan ‘Clear Browser’ seperti langkah di bawah:
- From Chrome browser, click at 3-dot at top right of the browser.
- Settings
- Reset & Clean up
- Restore settings to their original set defaults
- Reset settings
- Close & then open the browser again.
- Enter the Library portal through MyOUM.
