Tan Sri Dr Abdullah Sanusi Digital Library has also developed its own e-content that comprises articles, papers presented at conferences, book chapters, and also dissertations and theses. The databases available at the Library include Emerald Insight, SpringerLink, EBSCO Business Complete, Books24x7, BERNAMA Library & Infolink Service (BLIS), ProQuest Dissertation & Thesis, EBSCO CINAHL Nursing Complete, and ProQuest Education Journal. All are accessible every day and at any time from the library portal.

The Library also conducts information skills workshops and leverages on Web 2.0 technology such as blogs and social media to encourage users to utilise its facilities and services effectively, including various online databases.

Other services are also available, such as circulation, reference and document delivery services, inter- and intra-library loans, and printing/photocopy service. The Library also provides other user-friendly amenities, like the Self-Check Machine, Book Drop, study carrels, computer area for OPAC, and information searching in the library collection.

Located at Menara OUM in Kelana Jaya, the Library can accommodate 70 users at a time and provides free Wi-Fi to all users. Users can also visit 24 Resource Centres at selected learning centres throughout Malaysia.
